Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Have you logged into your AVG Zen network as admin?
Do you have your email address displayed at the top of the AVG Zen interface?
Only if you log in as admin in Zen you can remove a device that is connected to Zen network.
Do you get any error when you try to remove a device from Zen network?
I am having the exact same problem with Rhonda Parker and I bought the AVG Ultimate in December 2016, which means that you still haven't resolved this issue. This should have been as easy as 1,2, and delete. To be honest this doesn't look too good for AVG. I would appreciate some help with deleting a user from my ZEN network.
