Remove device from my subscription

I don't know what devices are using AVG protection that I bought, there are 2 using it, that i have not put on.

 

The reason I know this is that I checked all my devices, and that as  I had trouble with another internet surcity company protecting my mac, I bough AVG just for the mac, now I am starting to use it for other devices many window, I need the full 10 devices.

Any progres in this matter? I also would like to remove some devices from my subscription which already don't exist. Thank you in advance.

Please do not worry about this issue. This is a problem on our end. 
AVG is aware of this issue, we're currently working on this problem and it will be fixed as soon as possible. However, you can install and use your AVG Ultimate up to 10 devices.

We understand your concern. However, we regret to inform you that we don't keep track of the devices that are using a customer's subscription. Reason being, privacy concerns. We only keep track of the number of devices using a customer's subscription.
In this case, we'd recommend that you manually uninstall AVG from the devices on which you don't wish to keep using AVG.
If thoses devices have already been replaced, we'd request you to make sure that AVG has been uninstalled from those devices (or that those devices have been formatted) & wait for 30 days for the AVG subscription device count to get re-adjusted.

How do I unsubscribe a pc or device I no longer have from my AVG subscription. My subscription is showing that AVG Ultimate is installed on 5 windows pc. However I only have 3 working pc's, where AVG is installed. The other two could be due a dead laptop and/or the failed hard drive that have replaced on my pc, where AVG had been installed.  Thank you for your help.
