this pops up virtually every time I'm logged on

Thank you for providing us the info, Brian. 
It seems that you've used Driver Updater earlier & there are few updates awaiting or the previous update process might have been stopped midway.
Please let us know if you've an active subscription of Driver Updater installed on your computer.
