Removed important items for cpu

Avg removed important software to run cpu, now can't use microsoft edge or operate start button on windows or use cortanta. Help

I'm sorry to hear about this, it is really unfortunate. May I know if you're using AVG PC TuneUp for your computer performance and how did you come to know that something has been deleted by AVG.
