Remover for Win32/neshta problem?

After installing it and executing it, i restarted the pc like it asked. Then it opened a cmd like gui and started to look into various files, saying "cant open" next to all the files it looks into, it's been for like 1-2 hours stuck in a file named with random numbers and letters saying "cant open" and repeating the process with the exact same file. After some time of that i restarted the pc to try and see if it could've fixed it, but it just restarted and is doing the same thing again. Im not sure if this is a problem or if it is intended, and if it is a problem, if anyone knows how to fix it. Thanks
