Removing a device from a subscription

I've just purchased a 10-user 2-year subscription to AVG Ultimate from an authorised AVG reseller and I've successfully activated 6 devices so far by inputting the licence code on each device. However, I'm in the process of changing my mobile phone, so I may want to remove AVG from the old phone at some stage in order to free up an unused activation. Is that possible and if so, would I be able to do it myself or would I have to ask AVG to do it for me?
