As you want to remove password prompt from AVG program, you need to run AVG Clear tool in safe mode. So, you will not get prompt to enter password again. 

Kindly try to restart the device in safe mode and check whether you can reinstall the AVG program without password. We look forward for your response.

I do not remember my avg security password so I understand that I need to remove AVG and reinstall to create a new password.  When i use clear tool it also asks me for a password.  How do I get it to uninstall so I can reinstall with no password?
