Removing AVG TuneUp 2018 password

Hi there,
Is there a way of removing the password from AVG TuneUp 2018 as it is saying that it is wrong when I know that it is correct.

Yes, we do have an option to remove the Password. But only our remote technicians can do that. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will help you to remove the TuneUp Password to open the program.
