Removing devices from account

Sounds good. I'll contact AVG again if the counter doesn't reset by the end of September. I won't need another copy of AVG anyways until I get an iPhone 14 to replace my S22 Ultra, so I have one open slot until the reset for that.

Hello Gordon,
Thank you for contacting AVG support community.
Could you please confirm if you tried to install AVG on the same devices for more than once?
Thank you and keep us updated.

So I recently shifted from Windows and Android to a macOS and iOS/iPadOS ecosystem. Aside from my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra I have uninstalled AVG from all my previous devices, did a factory reset on everything and sold them.

My account says I am currently at 9 of 10 devices, but I only have AVG on 4 devices right now - my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Apple iPhone 11, Apple iPad Air and Apple MacBook Air. I can find no way to remove them from my account on the website and no longer have access to the previous devices (which would've been a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and Microsoft Surface Laptop 4).

How do I free up additional slots on my account?

Thank you for writing back to us, Gordon.
You can contact us back if the device count does not reset automatically in 30 days.
Thank you.

Thank you for writing us back, Gordon.
We'd like to clarify that if you've done multiple reinstalls/activations in one device, then the Lump counter could be exceeded.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reset the LUMP counter. We request you to wait till 30 days and it'll be reset automatically.
Thank you for your understanding.

No, I have not. Each machine got the appropriate AVG products downloaded and activated once. The five devices I no longer have had AVG signed out and uninstalled prior to a factory reset before being sold.

My account shows AVG as being installed on nine devices right now - which would account for my four current devices (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Apple iPhone 11, Apple MacBook Air and Apple iPad Air) and five previous devices (Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Samsung Galay Tab S8 Ultra, Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and Microsoft Surface Laptop 4) that I've signed out of, uninstalled from and factory reset prior to selling.
