How do you suspect that your product has been installed on the other devices?
Are you referring to the device count under the "My subscription" in the AVG program?

I have installed the product on ar device, I was using this for some time and now this device is being used by another party.
I am windering if my license key can be changed / re-issued so as to de-activate all the installations and I will then re-activate only my instalaltions with a re-issued license key.
If this can NOT be done mid way through the sbscription year then can it be done when I renew my subscription?
I don't mind re-registering the Licenses that we have in our possession... I just don't want to have the other devices taking up some of my 10 device limit.

On checking from our end, we can see that you have installed your subscription in 7 devices.
But we do not have the option to de-active the license from the preferred devices.
Regrading the reristereing for a new license, I request you to contact our AVG billing team via live chat or call support.
