Removing future payment

Actually, I had already been subscribing since 2011 -- I'm only noticing the 91% increase over the past 5 years since AFTER I went to a non-discounted price (I've been paying for at least 9 years). I would have been much MORE if I compared it to the discount I got when I signed up. So that assertion is not true.

Thanks for cancelling the automatic renewal. I still may manully renew in 2021 -- but I want to have a CHOICE to do so, not be forced.

Also, when you initially purchased the product, you received a discount and agreed that your subscription would continue for successive renewal terms equal in length to your initial license term, at the undiscounted price in effect at renewal.

We have cancelled the automatic renewal for your subscription and assure you will not be charged for its renewal next year.

Hello, my AVG subscription has just been renewed for the 6th year.

Firstly, I received a bunch of emails saying my credit card wasn't correct over the past couple of months -- "Your AVG Internet Security subscription will expire on 9 November 2020, because we're unable to process your payment." -- as recently as 10 days ago.

Despite this, you went ahead and renewed my subscription (because the card had not expired).

I note that over the past 5 years, the cost of my AVG subscription has gone from AUD $76.99 to approximately AUD $147 -- an increase of 91%.

I do NOT want to renew this again in 2021.

How do I ensure my subscription is NOT renewed in 12 months time, but stays active for the next 12 months that I have just paid for?

It is particularly frustrating that you make it particularly difficult to remove a payment option or upated it.
