AVG antivirus for Mac has detected a harmful file but is unable to quarantine or delete it.  I cannot locate the file on my computer.  How can I find and delete it?

We have sent the email instructions to collect the AVG log files on Mac.
Once these  information are provided, we will escalate the case to senior technical team.
