Does AVG remove Palikan if not anyone has any easy methods to uninstall?

Are you referring to removal of Palikan web page from your web browsers? Palikan browser hijacker is bundled with other free software that you download off of the Internet. Unfortunately, some free downloads do not adequately disclose that other software will also be installed and you may find that you have installed adware without your knowledge.
I would request you to uninstall any unwanted programs from control panel. Right click on the desktop shortcuts of your web browsers, click on Properties, check the 'Target' field. It should be “C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe” for Internet Explorer and “C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe” for Chrome. Please check and remove if any other text is appended to this path. Please also consider to reset the web browsers to default settings.
