A while back I downloaded and installed AVG Family Safety. I was not satisfied with the product, so I cancelled the product and attempted to uninstall. The product would not install by putting my password in when uninstalling through the control panel. I emailed AVG Tech Support for help to uninstall it. They sent me a document to remove registry keys and executable files; unfortunately, the skin of the program still exists on the computer. Every time I turn on the computer an error message regarding AVG exists and the program is still running as shown in the bottom right corner near the computer's clock. The program still will not let me uninstall it through control panel. It tells me that the password is invalid, though the password allows me to log into AVG's website. Please help me completely remove this program from my computer.
