thanks you for your quick reply. Yesterday, I searched AVG website in vain for a support/billing contact, thus turned to the community.
Now, I've tried the link given several times, it keeps saying I should fill in all fields, but never proceeded with Start Chat, maybe a time zone problem.
Checking the AVG Shop for Internet Security (Multi-Device) I see that the Renewal price of CHF 99.90 corresponds to a 2 years subscription of $95.76.
But, the renewal notice says the extension would run until May 2022, that is 1 year only
I am puzzled, please check and rectify

How comes that the next billing amounts to CHF 99.90 after it's been CHF 69.90 for four consecutive years? Exchange rate didn't change that much, Coincidence with Mr. Trumps term ?
Any other customer outside $$$ experiencing same hefty hike?
