but still not active.

So after 2 hours on the phone and diffrend poeple on the line it's still not running.
now i'm out of battery so please send me a new code for 2years.

Frank, your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (2 years subscription) is valid till 17th March 2020.
I see that your call with our technical support got disconnected. Hence, they weren't able to assist you with the activation.
If you have AVG Internet Security installed on your PC, open its interface.
Click on "My AVG" and select "My Subscriptions".
If you have an option as "Log out", click on it.
Click "Log in" and enter your AVG my account credentials.
Wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates the subscription.
Keep me informed about the status.
