Hi Warren,
I will help you with the issue,
To stop the pop Ups please follow these instructions
Step 1… Open AVG Internet security
Step 2… click Options and then Click on Advance options
Step 3 … Click on Appearance in the left panel.
Step 4… uncheck AVG Advisor notification
Step 5   uncheck AVG Boot time improvement notification
Step 6   uncheck AVG Accelerator notification

How do i get this "Don't lose your full protection! Your protection expires in 190 days" pop up to go away? I know how to X and close it but this thing pops up EVERY day and I don't want to see this everyday for 6 months.  I will RENEW when time comes but NOT 6 months in advance.
