Open AVG Internet Security installed on your computer, click on "My AVG->My Subscription".
From here enter the license number you have to activate the product.

I've paid for a subscription renewal. I waited more than 30 days before I realized that I need to activate the renewal. I'm trying to activate it, but the instructions say to open the AVG menu and click on "Options." There is no such button on my AVG menu.
