Sometime in 2020 I received from avg, after identifying a problem, a 3-month extension of my subscription and also a special offer. I still have several emails dealing with this. So my subscription was renewed for 3 months in December 2020 and the expired date from 31/12 to 31/03.
Until 31/03/2022 I could renew my subscription: 10 devices 1 year +/- 29 € and 2 years 49 €.
I was in contact with support (but, I think, not the support of which I still have emails and with the following names I still have no answer to my question. In recent years I have received several emails where I always had to report that my subscription ended on 31/12 and others on 31/03.
Why can't I personally renew my subscription under the conditions that were forwarded to me through avg screen and this with the correct "support".
Several these last weeks I receved the AVG message to renew my subscription Pctuneup . But now that I want to do this I can't open it and the screen keeps turning. How can I solve this ?

After a chat of two hours I still have no explanatory explanation for my problem. My subscription will expire in two days and I still don't know but both "renew subscription" and/or "renewal options" in "My subscriptions" are available and whether my and which are the various options (and price). Why this was accessible until 2 days ago … seems to have no explanation. The "subscription" part is filled in as "not available and therefore not accessible. My credit card details, same case. If there is no valid solution I will stop, 8 years, with avgtuneup. Thanks for helping
