I've been using AVG for going on 7 years and until this week Ive been very pleased with the software and pricing.
But…in the last week all of a sudden I can no longer download my GMAIL through MS Outlook when AVG EmAil Virus Protection is turned on. Support tells me it is because I have competing anti virus software running on my PC - and they can remove it for me if I purchase an upgraded support package???
Again, I've been running without problems for years until last week and now I have competign anti virus protection software that is causing AVG problems? and they can only fix this if I pay an upgraded support package?
What's even worse is that Task Manager does not show any of these competing Anti Virus programs running and I cannoth locate any of them in my Program files???
I'm considering canceling my AVG Ultimate unless they can get it running again with out me upgrading to a new supoprt package.
