Hello Karthryn,
We understand how something like this can really try your patience.
Please be informed that it is advised to install one Antivirus in single pc. If two or more antivirus is installed, it will conflict your pc. We request you to uninstall 3rd party antivirus in your pc and then repair AVG avgclick.me/RepairAVG to get your issue fixed.
Please feel free to contact us for any further assistance. Thank you.
Running Windows 10, installed a month ago; copy/pasted renewal license #, all appeard to load w/o issue, retarted. etc., AVG now says that 'Firewall' not activated - not protected - and offers another chance to 'purchase' upgrade that would provide Firewall protection. The renewal notice states that this new software license gives me access to additonal features ( firewall was protected previously) but no 'window' offering option of 'YES' appreared. I did realize (too late probably) that I had NOT deactivated my MALWARE BYTES… I went back, deactivated, and attempted to re-activate this new license – nada… how do I get my firewall protected w/o paying another 50+ dollars? Thank you for your attention to this query.
Hello Kathryn,
As per our record, you have two license. One is for AVG antivirus that expires on 12/2/2018 and the other is for AVG Internet Security which expires on 14/11/2016.
For your information, only AVG Internet Security program will have the Firewall component in it.
We have sent you the license number for AVG Internet Security via email, please use that license number and follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1bsLsmy to activate the Firewall component.
