I am sorry to hear that. You have active subscriptions of AVG Internet Security and TuneUp Unlimited valid until 5/3/2019. Is AVG Internet Security program already installed on your PC? If yes, please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select Login and Enter your Myaccount credentials > click OK to reactivate the program.

I follow the instructions after receive payment confirmation.
But using my login and password, I can´t activate my renewal!!!
