Renewal and Upgrade Mail-In Rebate

Hi. I have  (2) questions:
1. How can I renew my AVG Ultimate with card key (purchased box for (2) years renewal at the store)
2. Regarding the Upgrade Mail-In rebate, How can I send the Proof of Previous Ownership? as current AVG user. Boxes were gone a year ago…Is there any way to know the License Number…
