We confirm you that you have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security (1 computer) good till October 6, 2020. Do you receive any expiry notices either on the program user interface or through an e-mail? Could you clarify on that, please?

I  refer to your email dated 5th September 2018 & also Licence IMUAP-64ETH-AXFMH-QGJ3H-OB43J-XU329 (Expiry Date 2020-10-06).Please advise why my licence has expired and rectify.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Yes, I have received several indications on the programme asking to renew expired licence, for AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp and Driver Updater. But when I open the programme, I am told I am fully protected. Also, when I progress by opening 'My AVG' window TuneUp and Driver Updater are included and protected. However, it then requires me to make these additional purchases. I would be most grateful if you would sort problems out which started with warnings of 'privacy' and 'PC cluttered and slowed down performance' issues.

Andrew, many of our users find these offers useful. We handpick them from our own products or those of partners we feel can add to your security or digital experience.
Also the frequency of pop ups can be controlled directly from the app or can be even turned off. Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu -> Settings -> General -> Personal Privacy. Uncheck 'Show offers for other AVG products', 'Shows offers for 3rd party products' and click OK to save the settings.
However, you should not see any expiry notices about AVG Internet Security as you have an active subscription for it. To make sure AVG Internet Security is activated and working fine, open AVG Internet Security, click My AVG -> My Subscriptions and check whether the program's expiry date is 6th Oct 2020 or not.
