I have checked your account, you have an active AVG Internet Security valid until 2/27/2019 and PC TuneUp license till 6/13/2018. I have sent you an email, please attach the screenshot of your AVG Myaccount -My products tab displaying your email address on top. I will check the same and escalate the case to the concern team.

Has about the same problem as Adam Taylor. Pls. check Order number 701-10365998.
None AVG Internet Security is showing on my account.
