Sorry, My English Is Not So Good  !!! , I'm A 87 year old Dutchman. I've send you a letter in Dutch, but I didn't got an answer from you So I'll try it in English this time. I'm a customer for years from you.
So I hope a get an answer now. This is my question :
On 03-03-2019 I received a Email from you that my AVG Internet Security licence shall end on 04-12-2019 and asking me to renew (IMDCI-BODTY-ABABO-ASMRJ-TDUMH-GOSEY)
I immediately renewed and payed Euro 57.36 (751E-248C-BFBD-4ABC-D9A5)
But instead of a renewal AVG Internet Security I've got AVG AntiTrack ???
Is my AVG Internet Security now renewed or not.??? And If It isn't can you change that for me wrong
AVG AntiTrack in AVG Internet Security for 2 years, beginning on 04-12-2019 ???

Thank you for your suggestion to ask a refund for AVG AntiTrack. Herewith I will ask you for a refund for
Euro 57.36 for AVG AntiTrack I've payed 03-13-2019. And if possible at the same to renew my AVG
Internet Security from 04-12-2019 for 2 years.
