This isn't the experience we want you to have. We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the trial subscription of AVG TuneUp.
However, as requested, we've cancelled the subscription (automatic renewal) & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Hence, the license will not be renewed & will expire on Dec 12, 2019. You might be receiving the reminder notification at the time of expiry, which can be ignored.
