On April 17th I received a charge on my Pay Pal account from DriAVG for $89.99 for renewal of AVG on 10 devices. I have a license number. I put this number in to renew on other computers and it is stating that it is expired as of May 22, 2022. Not sure what is going on. I would like a refund on my account. I tried to refund through Pay Pal but they said it was an authorized charged because it automatically renewed. I did not authorize anything. I don't even have 10 devices. Please advise on how I can get a refund on this.
