i'm very unsatisfied about the way of AVG is working.
i am client for the last 3 years and now it ends.
1) automatic renewal of the subscription + 35 % increase of the amount of the subscription
2) after discussing and retrieving a discount of 30%, i want to renew my subscription again for 1 year BUT and i don't like this at all:
i needed to provide my credit data to the person on the helpdesk:
creditnumber + due date of the credit card + security code of the credit card.
i don't trust this way of working! with this amount of data, you can shop with my creditcard everywhere!
this was the only way to retrieve the discount… not with me and i will go to an other supplier now!
