Renewal for AVG paid for and can t reactivate it

I have paid for a renewal of AVG for another year, the money was taken off my account. Got an email with licence number and instructions to activate AVG, but whatever I do, no field to put the new licence number in shows. Can anyone help ?

Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select "Enter the license" > click OK to reactivate the program.
