Hello, The license number is not bound to AVG version. You can simply download AVG 2015 from the webpage and activate it with your license number.
Purchased AVG 2013 renewal on 01/17/2015. Received email to either download or use the reactivate. When used reactivate it indicated no update to AVG 2015. So used the download button shown in my email and entered my new subscription number when prompted. It shows the new AVG 2015 icon but when try to activate the different areas, keep getting general error message. Please help - I need this protection today because it uninstalled the old AVG 2013.
