You have active subscription of AVG Internet Security Unlimited valid until 3/19/2019. It could be possible if the program not activated properly. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select Login and Enter your Myaccount credentials > click OK to reactivate the program.

I used Technical Support with remote access, for which I was charged. The agent told me I would receive Internet Security free for 1 year. I have received a request to renew same. Internet Security for my computer expires in 15 days.
