Renewal License don't work

Let me clarify it for you.
We see that you have AVG Internet Security Multi-device subscription valid till February 24, 2021 and AVG Internet Security single device subscription valid till March 3, 2019.
As the single device subscription is going to expire, you're receiving expiry notices. Auto-renewal was already cancelled for this subscription to avoid further payments.
We recommend you to activate your multi-device subscription using your AVG MyAccount credentials. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My subscription > Click 'Remove license' / Log out. Once you encounter with the options 'Login' and 'Enter License number', select login and enter your credentials to activate the product.
If you face any issues, do provide us the screenshot of 'My Subscription' details page to assist further.

I use the AVG Internet Security (paid version)
I t says:  outdated in 6 days
I paid for a new 2 years protection by credit car to renewal my licence
The new vesrion is installed on my computer
Nothing appear, just the same message "outdated in 6 days"

Can you help me ?
