Renewal my programme for 2016-2017

Pls I would like to inform that, at 20 of December 2016, my AVG security programme expired, and i made efforts to renew as you were requesting me 2-3 times, but yesterday i tried to renew and pay with my prepaid "mastercard" number (card number removed) and security number xxx, expiring at May 2018, and i was rejected.
 I kept in condact with my bank which card belongs, and they informed me that at 7 of December 2016 I paid to your company AVG the sum of 50.99€ to renew my programme.
 So why you rejected me, as well as you reject me with my email Karachalioschris@gmail. com while i enter with my password which password i have never changed?
 As you understand, in addition with the difficulty to download the programme since my knowledge is pure, now I am without programme.
 So I have two choices, Either for you to establish it for me with any way, since i cannot, or reimburse me with the sum I have paid to you.
