Hi. I had an email stating that my subscription will expire on 9 September. I renewed the subscription on 2 September for 1 year. I would expect that the new expiry date would be 9 September 2020 i.e. 1 year after current expiry date. However it is showing an expiry date of 2 September 2020, why is this?
