Renewal notice for PC Tuneup

Hello Robert,

I understand that you wish to cancel automatic renewal of AVG PC TuneUp in your account. I see from your record that you have active AVG PC TuneUp subscription enrolled into automatic renewal. I have cancelled this automatic renewal from your account and you will not be charged by AVG again.

I paid for PC TuneUp last year. I got a new computer and did not load PC TuneUp again. I lost my licence number as well. I wanted to cancel, but My Products indicates that I don't have any subscriptions, which is simply not true (check my history in MyAccount). As a result I can't cancel. I have no email address for AVG. I  don't want PC TuneUp as I have other products on my computer now. Please don't debit my credit card account.
