I certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused to you. I see that you have an active AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) and an active AVG Password protection (1 year subscription). May I know if it is on AVG program or via emails that you are receiving the renewal reminder?

I thought as recently as last week  that I have paid for protection for  most certainly next year and perhaps beyond and all was sorted out
Kindly check out my status. I am quite tired of paying for unnecessary reminders.

I see that the renewal email was for your AVG Anti Virus which expired on 2017.9.17.
Since you have already purchased AVG Ultimate, you can ignore the email.
