Renewal of a declined subscription

HI!
I have no current subscription with AVG and I was charged with  the DRI AVG service last year.
I would like to remind the company I did not renew the service last year; yet the payment was done.
I don' want this to happen again.

how can I contact the company to deal with this complaint?
