i renewed my AVG internet security as it was expiring on December 4th 2018
My AVG still says my full protection has expired and i need to renew, even though i did that on the 2nd of December!
So please tell me what's going wrong and how i can get it working again
steps i've already attempted: log out and log in, steps in the email, uninstall and re-install
also, even though i've paid for it, it's not showing up in "my products" list either
I do have AVG Ultimate, is that maybe a cause as well?
please respond ASAP, i really don't have money to waste on products that count down while i can't even use them
