Yes, the 19.6 is the latest version of AVG Internet Security. You dont have to reinstall the program again.

Regarding the renewal date, your AVG Internet Security is valid till 2020.11.25.

If you are unable to find this expiration date in your AVG MyAccount, please share us the screenshot of it.

I have just renewed and paid for my AVG Internet Security via your Sales Chat and was told at the end of the chat that I have an 'old version' installed which needs to be replaced.  So far as I can see, I've got the new version i.e. :-
Software version: 19.6.3098 (build 19.6.4546.517)
Virus Definition version: 190811-2
UI version 1.0.179

1.- If this is an old version, I will need you to install the new one for me please, as I am not tech savvy enough to do it myself?

2.-Also, please could you tell me why My AVG Account is not reflecting the new Renewal Date of Novembr 2020 (it still says 2019).  However, my AVG dashboard has updated to the new Renewal date of November 2020?

Thanks for your reply.  This morning i find AVG MyAccount is showing the correct expiration date of 25.11.2020 so everything is ok now thanks.
