We understand how something like this can really try your patience.
Upon carefully reviewing your account, I see that you have active subscription of AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer). You have purchased AVG Internet Security on 2014.5.28 and it expires on 2016.5.28. And your AVG PC TuneUp has been auto renewed on 2016.2.8 and it expires on 2017.3.24.

I received an email to advise my AVG Tune Up Licence would expire on March 24 2016.  I have just purchased a one year renewal with instructions to Download.

Could AVG please confirm my current licence will run to 24th March and then my new licence will commence and should I wait until nearer the expiry date of my existing licence before I activate the new one?  Thank you.

I tried to phone 0800 096 7734 for advice, only to be told that this number no longer exists and the answer message refered me back to AVG website.
