Hello,
I have renewed my subscription for AVG Tuneup. Payment of A$54.99 made 3 weeks ago and has appeared on my statement. But in "My AVG" under subscriptions, it states that it has expired. My confirmation email states it is extended to 2 November 2021.
When I copy and paste the Activation code a message comes up (servers aren't responding) I have tried many times.
There is no record under the payments section either.
