Renewal of AVG Ultimate

I think I may have messed up at some stage and paid for Ultimate twice - once in March and again in June - hence your request for another renewal this month (June). Please see Order No.1273****** (12/03/2018) which, according to my bank statement was paid to DRI AVG Technologies on 12/03/18.
The second renewal date for Ultimate is listed as 11/06/2018 which you are now chasing.  (At some early stage I was using Tune-Up but that's now included in Ultimate). Can you please check your records and sort me out?  Kind regards, John Clemow

Your AVG PC TuneUp has been migrated to AVG Ultimate on 2018.3.24 and now AVG your AVG Ultimate subscription is valid until 2019.6.27. It could be possible if the program not activated properly after the recent purchase. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select Login and Enter your Myaccount credentials > click OK to reactivate the program.
