I am still getting warnings from you about my cover expiring very soon. Recent correspondence with AVG went like this:-
Original question dated 1st August 2015:
"Why am I still getting warnings that my cover will expire in 4 days when I was invited to join the network allan@ferrtlodge.co.uk. I followed the instructions to do this and was told in an email dated 31st July that I was now covered."
Reply from AVG:
"Hi Una, I will help you resolve the issue, did you uninstall the AVG internet security before installing the AVG Protection multi-device ? and did you activate the AVG Protection using My account id and password ? thank you"

I sent an email in reply to this, as follows:
"No I did not uninstall AVG Zen internet security. How do I do that?
And how do I activate the AVG Protection Pro which I presume should be linked to my husband’s multi-device cover?"
AVG's reply to this was that I was talking to a ROBOT and I should contact Customer Care. So here I am.
I have been given a code which expires 4th August, e.g. 029 519 268. Hope that is useful.
