Renewal of Internet Secure and Secure VPBN

I have been asked to renewal my subscription though the cost is much more than I remember paying. I also do not know what the specific products "AVG Internet Secure" includes and cost $109.99". I am also being asked to purchase AVG Secure VPN at $59.88 per year over and above the above. Is there one product that purchases the lot and if so what is the costs ?
