Renewal of internet security

Hi Nisha,
                you asked me to reply to my original post, so here I am. Why are you asking me to reply to my own post? I have tried the Chat room but It Is hopeless, the connection keeps dropping out so I cannot get anywhere. I have received emails but all they do Is take me back to using chat room which Is no good. All I want Is a straight foreward answer to a simple question. Why can't we sort this out via email? I feel like I am being fobbed off!

my internet security is due to be automatically renewed on june 9th 2021 for £49.99.
but i have received emails asking me to renew for the first year for £29.99. why Is this?
secondly how do I stop the automatic renewal each year.
