Does this mean, tha I need to uninstall my present installation of Norman Internet security and the install AVG?
I have for many years been a user of Norman Internet Security. July 21. this year I payed dkk. 519,- to renew my licence. At that time I was informed, that after the merge between Norman and AVG the licence would now cover an unlimited number of units, included cellphones running Android.
I am still remindet every day to renew my licence, when I boot up my computer and I am unable to make the licence recognized on my phone.

Yes, please uninstall Norman security from the control panel and follow the instructions in this article https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?&urlName=Download-and-install-AVG-Ultimate to install AVG Ultimate.
Because you have bought AVG Ultimate for 1 year. If you have already installed AVG program, please take a screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of it to check and assist further.
