Through my ISP I renew my AVG Protection annually. I have the licence key, but am unable to get the application on my Samsung Galaxy S6 updated and it still shows I am on the free version. How do I bypass this and get to a point where I am enjoying full cover for what I am paying through MWeb. Frustrating to have paid for over three years for cover and I have only thought now to check to see that I am in fact enjoying full benefits, which I am clearly not.
Then does cover by AVG only work on one device?
