I understand the inconvenience.
Please provide the screenshot of the user interface that shows the expiry message for AVG Internet Security.

I cannot take a screen shot of the expiry message because I uninstalled the free trial version. which I had installed only to give me protection until I could get help with installing the full version. The instructions I should be following in my licence agreement is "If you wish to install AVG Internet Security on a computer which is not protected by AVG yet, you can download the installation file from our website and install AVG Internet Security as described in FAQ 5115" but I can't get past the installation with out paying again.

I recently renewed my licence for Internet Security for 3 computers.I have successfully upgraded 2 of them . The 3rd PC only had a Free trial version installed. I have removed that and am trying install the full version using the 3rd licence. Even though I entered my  new  licence no, it still asks for money. I have wasted many hours with this and am getting nowhere.

I understand this must be upsetting. 
I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to reinstall AVG Internet Security by running AVG Remover and AVG Clear tool (these tools will remove the traces completely from your PC).
