I understand how this must be upsetting.
I see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) and it expires on 14th December 2018.
Please provide the (screenshot) of AVG PC TuneUp window that shows trial notices to proceed further.

Hi,
I have paid by debit card,Rs. 699/-  about 2 months ago, but as I am not a proper computer guy, but a newbie, could not complete thew installation properly. I am being asked to pay agan. In tuneup I have many issues to sort out, and went to my computer man yesterday but he cant help. SO what do I do now.?
